As a wheelchair user, even though the ramp was steep - the staff went above and beyond to assist me in and out of the hotel needed everyday. Staff also assisted my belongings dropping it off in my room. On the first day waiting for my friend to meet, they offered me free apple juice in the morning. They were super polite and even with a smile everyday.

Die Zimmer ohne Balkone sind nicht bewohnbar. Es ist dunkel und kalt in den Zimmern, auch wenn die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet ist. Frische Luft kommt durch den Fensterschlitz nicht, weil das Fenster zum Innenhof zeigt. Der Teppichboden ist schmutzig, die Türen und Inneneinrichtung im Hotel veraltet. Das Badezimmer ist auch veraltet. In die Badewanne konnte man sich nicht hineinlegen. Sehr freundlich war nur das Reinigungspersonal und der Concierge.

Moderate Stay, nothing fancy
A decent stay for an affordable price. Good connectivity with shuttle services to Mall of Emirates, The Outlet Mall & Blue Beach. Metro Station / Bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. There are many food options available near by as well. Staff were very courteous and answered all queries instantly. Travel Desk was also available for tourism options.

We selected executive suites with kitchenettes. One would assume that if there was a kitchenette, there would be stuff in that kitchenette to prepare something, but, to our surprise and contrary to their website’s info, the kitchenette was empty and they refused to provide us with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. They charged us 2,5x more for the extra bed that I had asked for my son. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived and it was never properly cleaned while we were there. There were no towels in the swimming pool area and they didn’t bring towels even after repeated requests. Many more things were wrong in there.

A fairly new hotel that feels very old.
Good location near metro station. The hotel is about 10 years old but feels a lot older. It has a lot of maintenance issues. In our room the bath/shower tap was very difficult to use (nearly jammed) the toilet flush buttons were broken, the room safe didn’t work. But more importantly was a safety issue in the bathroom (and all rooms are the same) whereby the side of the bath has a very wide tiled edge which you have to step over to get into the bath/shower. Not so bad when getting in, but very dangerous when getting out wet. However the main bedroom was ok, quite big and a big comfortable bed. If you can get a good deal it’s recommended, otherwise look elsewhere.

Cleaning was good but room conditions was very bad old furniture bathroom unhygienic not worth for money and the inexperienced receptionist i ll never come again

Not too bad
I have stayed at this hotel couple of times mostly because of the good location ( close to sharaf dg metro station and mall of the emirates). The beds are very comfortable and the room is big.Very dissapointed when check in we got a room that clearly hasnt been cleaned good, found hair in the bed and hair in the shower, dirty tables,finger prints around. When called house keeping to tell them change sheet they got upset and get respond sheet has been changed!!Every morning they call around 11 am to ask about check out. House keeping keep knocking on door in the morning Even when i put do not disturb sign on. Bad service specially the indian guy in reseption he looks very seriouse and no welcome! Hope for a cleaner room next time !

Great hotel Room service horrible
Over all the stay was good ordered too service and the grilled lobster was missing the claws and was under cooked the steak was old and bitter and all the food was cold the room service from the kitchen was very dissatisfying if that was good I would very much return their but that made it so I will never book their again

Comfortable bed and pillows. Large room. Downside: Free internet was advertised but wifi password not provided. I asked for an adaptor for my US-type plug. It came after 45 mins and a reminder. The hotel has 3 restaurants but doesnt not have a room service menu. They can at least provide the menus of the 3 restaurants for take-out. Room was way too cold even after keeping the air conditioning switched off for half a day.

I liked it was convenient to places and location I wanted to be in, for this particular trip. If it offered a better selection of eateries and coffee shops, would be much better. All in all, the staff and facilities were truly on point and excellently helpful!!!
