“Very clean property but dated and slightly shabby.check in was difficult as the host didn’t reply to my emails so we just turned up at the caravan thankfully it was open. On the information we were led to believe there would be internet, there wasn’t, I wouldn’t have booked or paid the 425 for that particular caravan for four nights and we came home two days early.”

“Location was perfect for walks we wanted to do (including Merrick). Accommodation was new and so in perfect order. I had asked before arrival if bedding was included since the photos didn't show. Answer came back yes. What they didn't tell me at that point was that towels/shower gel/dish towels were not included and so we wasted time going into town to spend £34 on towels. Reception did promise my wife a dish towel so we could dry their cups and plates , but it never appeared. Just let people...
