There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. “I would stay here again. The space was perfect for me and my baby. Very quiet, just a short drive from Yachats and very close to awesome hikes. The beach is perfect and an easy walk down to it from the room. My room had a defective space heater and there was some clunkiness in trying to communicate with the manager to resolve that, but it wasn't a big deal and I figured out a solution myself. ”

“The property and the Condo itself was ok. BUT No Matter we could not get heat in the Condo. We Made sure the Heat was set at 73, (it was a dule thermostat heat and cooling.) and Cooling at 75. “Me and my son stayed during the Olympic trials in Eugene. The journey back and forth to Eugene was very manageable and we certainly enjoyed the peace and quiet of Mapleton. The accommodations are exactly as described and the home is well stocked with coffee, laundry needs, etc. Lastly, Larry and Pam were wonderful and accommodated our late arrival on our first day with no concerns. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains, this home should be at the top of your list.”
