The host was very helpful and communicative. While the condo is older it’s very well maintained. As a very frequent traveler I always unpack and utilize closets etc. My only suggestion would be to tidy up the items left in the closets. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to come back again. Happy New Year.

Warm and cozy

Very warm and cozy. Had a good selection of items to use for cooking. Great location for skiing. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Nice rental - comfy for the family and well equipped. Main building could use some upkeep, but not a big deal. Short walk to amenities. Would stay again.

Wonderful!

Overall the property, the home, the location, and the kitchen is well supplied. We had a wonderful, quiet visit. We only had one slight problem…no hot water for a shower. Other than that it was great!

Great Location for Mountain Views

I have stayed in other units in this building previously so I was familiar with what to expect. I recommend you check on when the village is in offseason if you are looking for more amenities onsite.

Great Location, Small tired place

We arrived and the guest sink was clogged. The location was great, walking distance to the base / village. It snowed a ton and there was no shovel to dig our truck out... it would have been nice to have. Definitely bring your own pillows. But overall a nice stay.

Everything we needed

The building was very old and looked it, but our unit was the right updates and VERY well stocked kitchen and towels. Everything was clean. Very responsive management. Will absolutely rent this unit again. Hot tub was nice. Parking right outside. Easy walk to lifts. (We missed the shortcut the first morning, but once discovered it was great!!)

Very convenient

The property is a bit rustic, but it does have everything that you need. It is on the third floor and you do not have an elevator so hiking up and down with all of your gear is a lot. Also, we could not find the washer and dryer area because it was likely in the basement, which would have been four floors below us. That was inconvenient and we never saw a pool or hot tub or anything like that. It was nice that it was only about two minutes from the lift. That was the best thing about this property.

Terrible experience

The building was 3 stories with no elevator, my wife with a bad knee cannot climb stairs. I did not know this before I made the reservation. Was a terrible experience.

Great location, not a great condo

The location was amazing. Able to pay a little extra to use resort facilities. Check in/out process was easy. Management company was little slow on responses, but responded in a decent amount of time. Now on to the condo. Went to make a quick dinner when we checked in and ended up having to wash all the dishes we needed to use. Silverware, plates, cups, not one thing we grabbed was dirty. Sat out on the porch, great view if you can get past the spiderwebs over everything. The decor is very outdated, everything seemed to be pieced together, and the condo had a very weird layout. The bathrooms were ok, other than the fact everyone in my family almost fell in the bathtubs every time. Very slippery, not safe for an older person who may not have the best balance. While I would say I would stay there again, I wouldn’t stay for the amount they were asking. This is no more than a $100/night place.

Great location and priced right

Downhill mountain biking and the purgatory trail across the street were both awesome. Great launch pad ATV’ing in Silverton too. Outdoor wonderland!

Quiet, Cozy and close to slopes but remember it's 3rd Floor!!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, warm and convenient to slopes but the walk up the stairs everyday in boots with skis was a challenge (no lockers available for this unit). Loved the quietness and proximity to slopes. Would be very helpful to have a book in the condo with tips like: Easiest way to walk to slopes Deli Store is only open until 4:00 Location of hot tub and pool Best places to eat when skiing Etc... Well equipped kitchen but some items in need of replacement. A few spices would be helpful. Found pepper and sugar but NO SALT. Bought some and left it there. Loved the streaming capability on tv. However, did NOT like the fact they only had public wifi access. Only other issue was ice build up out the front door. Property management really needs to look into fixing that. We were there after a big snow storm and had BEAUTIFUL weather causing lots of melting. Every morning the area outside the front door was a sheet of ice. Thanks for a great stay and comfortable place to rest after many days of skiing!!

True to the description and pictures, 308 Angelhaus met our expectations and we had our questions answered in a timely manner. Great experience, nice condo with comfortable beds (hot water ran out quickly though) and fabulous location.

Restful, fun and beautiful!

This condo boasts of an amazing view from the balcony. It is only minutes away from the restaurants and all the fun summer activities on the ski resort. I would go back ANYTIME!!
