The bldg is supposed to lock at 7pm and on 3 occasions it was locked around 5pm. We did have a key to access back of bldg. But we did not take it with us one day as we were returning way before 7pm one night. AFTER 3 nights there we were finally told how to access the key fob that allowed us entry into the bldg. “Everything was excellent, with the exception that we had not understood how many stair steps were required to reach the unit. There were four of us aged 75 to 80 and it was a bit of a struggle to get ourselves and our luggage up to the unit, but we managed ”

“Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we...
