  • This cozy modern condo in the heart of downtown Durango is sure to please. It's the perfect spot to access any activity you wish to take advantage of during your Durango visit. No need to ever lug your belongings upstairs, this unit is accessible via an elevator. The unit also has two well lit dedicated parking spots located in the lot below. Enjoy the views from your own expansive private deck or kick back indoors with the massive sliders open wide while taking in the breeze and relaxing in this brand new custom pad. Looking for a peaceful nights rest? This is your place. The unit also has brand new beds and linens. Don't feel like cooking? Just walk out your door and hit up one of the many restaurants that downtown Durango has to offer. Or choose to stay in and enjoy the beautiful fully stocked custom kitchen. Living is easy at this location. Come check it out!

    Located downtown, and only one block off of main street. We are above 2nd Ave Sports where you can rent bicycles, or ski gear.

    **Parking Lot cannot accommodate oversize vehicles like RV's and Motor homes. Our parking spaces are 20 feet long. There is free parking in the neighborhood behind the building and free city parking on the weekends. **

Truly wonderful place to stay. Everything was great—views, living spaces, comfortable beds, conveniently located over the bike shop where the staff were awesome. We could walk or bike to just about everything. Love it! we will certainly stay here again when we return to Durango.

Amazing Property

One of our favorite VRBO properties that we've stayed at. Owners were quick to respond, the location is perfect, parking is easy, and the view and condo are amazing. Will definitely try to stay here the next time we're in Durango.

Spacious modern condo

The location downtown in Durango is excellent, and communication with the owners was fast and easy. Great parking, large deck with fabulous views, comfy furniture, well-stocked kitchen, close to all the restaurants, shops, and even the river trail. Great stay!

This was the perfect rental for our family. 3 bdrms and 2 bathrooms accommodated my family of 4 plus my brother and sister in law. Great hosts with great communication. Perfect location.
