Overall, we enjoyed the condo! Pros * Big towels (lots of them)* Nice linens * Stocked kitchen * Comfortable beds* Nice washer and dryer * Close to purgatory! * Indoor pool/hot tub at facility* Covered parking * Wood provided for fireplaceCons* Sofa and love seat are broken down * Not enough hot water. Maintenance said, “the hot water tanks are really small in that unit”. We had to space baths/showers out 30 minutes-1 hour a part, which is very difficult with a big group (we had 7). Multiple times ran out of hot water. * House was cold when we arrived. 64-65 degrees. Maintenance informed us the heat is very slow heating up the condo to comfortable temps. Next morning it was still 69. If they knew the heaters were slow to warm the unit, they should have prepared for guests better and turned the heat on ahead of time. HVAC tech came and fixed 2 heaters after we informed them again the unit is still not heating properly. They also provided 2 space heaters and a log lighter to start a fire the next day, which helped. This is an honest review. We loved the house! Few hiccups in the beginning but we would stay there again!
