“We had a lovely weekend here, two families of four with two dogs. We all appreciated the outside space- garden for dogs and kids to roam (and look at the chickens), bbq and take in the views morning and evening. We loved the record player and showing the kids what vinyl sounded like, and having enough ro to cook and eat meals together inside and out. Bedrooms were lovely and everyone slept well. Anne and Philip were gracious hosts and left a lovely welcome basket- much appreciated!”

“Our little ones enjoyed the play area I felt the property was very tired the cooker hadn’t been cleaned in I dont know how long, only one oven worked and 2 rings beds were comfortable the house was very spacious the kitchen was under equipped for 9 of us the glasses and mugs had quite a few chips in them felt we couldn’t use the chipped ones and it could do with a very good deep clean we wouldn’t stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it also it needs a new can opener it was useless”

“The house was very well and generously equipped! It was really tidy and so very clean with lots of space indoor and out! Extra special thanks for allowing us to visit the farm. The children loved to help with the calves and feel involved! An amazing fortnight spent in this remote farmhouse, very near to black Mountains. Our very best wishes!”
