“Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. “Was a great place to stay in while my son had a lacrosse tournament at RPI. Large space and easily accessible with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Easy to get into town and up to the college.”

“The house on the outside was a little run down, but nice and clean on the inside. The beds are small! We had 3 couples and only 1 queen bed. The other downfall is that there is no dining room table, only a breakfast bar, so if you want to sit around and enjoy each others company or play cards there is no place to do that.”
