“Brand new! Renovated house. Great set up. We had to vacuum up a bunch of dead bugs around the house, but other than that we had a great time. About 30 mins to Hudson. Kids loved the playground, hot tub, and paddle boat. ”

“Communication with the host was great. The Vrbo app was a little glitchy but the host responded quickly when we needed him for a minor issue. The house was easy to find, the yard is private, eventhing was spacious and clean.”

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Jarrett was communicative throughout if I had any questions. The accomodations were excellent and such a grand living space where no one felt crowded. “Overall, property was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive to my questions when I texted. They came right away to drop off some essentials which was very nice! The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend ”

In additon to the very clean and cozy space that was just as pictured, the little details such as coffee pods, tea, shampoo, and lotion were wonderful too. David's communication was excellent.
