Apartamentos en East Houston

“Was nice ”

“Smells like pee, the Pac-Man machine is real, the parking is terrible, the neighborhood is sketchy, and the unit honestly smells like pee. Also, it’s a guesthouse not a full house. I’m pretty sure someone will be watching you. ”

“This property is very close to family members living in Houston and was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was clean, easily accessible, priced right, and perfect for me as I spent most of my time visiting with family and just needed a place to sleep. With a private entrance, good sized main room, bathroom, closet to hang my clothes, fridge, big flatscreen TV, microwave, desk and comfortable bed I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very unique and clean! Enough space for 2 people. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful trip!”

“Honestly, the best stay I’ve had no burdens. Easily checked in and wasn’t bothered. The neighborhood is so peaceful and very well secured. The place was very well taken care of and clean with very modern designs 10/10”

“Checked in late, process took under two minutes. Got to my room and appreciated the air conditioning. WiFi connection was solid enough to get some work done.”

“We were impressed with the cleanliness. Did not see a single bug (dead or alive). Could use more outlets and shelves to charge devises. But overall it met our expectations perfectly.”

“This apartment was very roomy & comfortable and can't beat the location! I was staying for a multi-day meeting at the convention center and this worked out beautifully! Would also be great for anything at the Toyota Center (right across a small park). As others have mentioned, it is noisy - earplugs are provided, though! Kitchen is small but serviceable. Host very responsive to my inquiries. The security for the building is very good - gates and electronic lock. Neighborhood streets got crowded...

“My significant other and I loved this property! It was extremely clean and very comfortable to stay in. ”

“This is a great find. Very comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for”

“This rental was perfect for me and my dog during our Thanksgiving visit - especially with the unrestricted parking, location, cleanliness. Max was incredibly communicative, super kind, and so helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again...and I hope to!”

“Very nice efficency apt. Worked perfect for us”

“Very good location!! Lots in walking distance. You have to get out of your car to open the gate, though. Other than that, great stay!”

“The property was very clean and functional. If you like walking it a little far from things.”

“This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people ”

“so cute in the Montrose area near all the nightclubs in the best area in my opinion in Houston is so cute for taking pictures and I mean Instagram so cute we love”
