“This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people ”

“Great location in relation to the zoo, museum and dining. Check-in was a nightmare. We stayed at this location following a cruise to visit the zoo, museum and NASA. While on the cruise I received information on setting up an account with Door/Latch and separate communication from VRBO on check-in details via email and didn't realize it. So upon arrival we didn't know how to enter the property, where to park, how to enter the unit ... Just a mess. If we book through Expedia, communications should...

“The complex was very secure. I didn’t feel unsafe once. The building was very nice and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The host was great! Very accommodating and left birthday balloons for my daughter’s birthday, which is why we were there. Thank you so much! Had a great weekend!”

“We were trying to be close to NRG Stadium for a concert, but we didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. We left and got a hotel in the heights district across town. I tried to get a refund (at least for the second night), but they said safety concerns weren’t reason for a refund. The house itself wasn’t bad, but it was the neighborhood that didn’t feel safe. Wish we could’ve had a better experience! ”

“The place was central to what I needed. Easy check-in, description not super off. Water pressure was terrible and the temperature was difficult to regulate in the shower. The towels were rough. Otherwise clean and neat. The sofa definitely doesn't sleep anyone.”

“The host was not reachable via phone when we tried to see if we could check in early. It took 4 of us, including an MIT-educated engineer, to figure out how to access the keys in the lock box. The description of the keys failed to include the all-important one that opened the apartment door. The bedrooms were spartan. The towels skimpy. The location was decent.”
