“This home is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. The house is even better than the pictures and all the amenities for the kids are so much fun. Beautiful view of the water with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. John was an amazing host with letting us borrow some things we forgot and when our kids wanted to make S’mores he came to the rescue and made them sticks. Don’t think twice about booking this house!! ”

“Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes. However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby. Suggestion: ski lift…lol Thank you. .”

“a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”
