Good evening, in this way I comment my dissatisfaction and present this complaint to the hotel receptionist, a completely rude white-haired lady. I had a one-night reservation and I am 20 years old. It is the second time I had made a reservation and the first time a lady who spoke Spanish and English was very kind. She supported me completely and assigned me my room immediately. Today I did the same thing and the lady at the desk was rude telling me that I was not old enough to make a reservation in my name or be the owner and to Not to lose my reservation I wanted to put it as a holder to my brother and I contacted Expedia to change the name of the owner and I passed it to him in his name because he had to travel on the road and needed to rest and when he was going to try to check in for him as a holder the lady in front said no and that he could not do anything he was 25 years old to which later for her it was very easy to tell my assistant to send after almost 3 hours trying to solve that already I was going to allow him to check in when it seems absurd to me that at the time he only rejected him without asking his age or anything at all the only thing he wanted was for my money not to be lost and in the same way both parties refuse to give me a refund when clearly there was a problem it was solved by placing a holder over 21 years old and in the same way the rude lady rejected him completely and three hours later she says that they were already going to allow him to do it
