This was a 10?! There is no possible way!!!!
I selected this house because other reviewers gave it a 10, it had three showers and lots of fun things to do - pool table, foosball, ping pong, sauna, video game and jacuzzi. While it was clean, it's really tired looking and built with low grade appliances. One shower didn't work, ping pong was in a disgusting, musty garage, and most jacuzzi jets didn't work. I had to ask the very responsive management company to get new pots and pans because the existing ones were very scratched Teflon. And, the largest was 2.5 quart for a house that slept 12. The beds and couches were extremely uncomfortable despite the additional bed toppers. While the management company was responsive I was never compensated for the lack of working shower that I was told about the night before arriving. The management team also needs to provide better directions to the location where you check in. The directions take you to a gate you cannot access when you first arrive. I saw so many people try to access the gate, get really frustrated, have to back up in a tight area and create a backup multiple times. There's an easy fix if only renters are given accurate information.
