Showed up at 4:30 which is the check in time after a 9hr drive . The maid showed up the same time my family did to clean. The house was a mess . My family and I had to leave for 3hrs while the house was being clean . The owner never contacted us and I had to reach out to them. Couldn’t check in until 8:30 at night and I asked for a refund for the first night . The best they would do is $75.
Extremely horrible customer service. Very impersonal.. when they finally started texting me about the issue . They asked which property I was referring too. It’s just a business for them .
