  • Este es un lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones o simplemente para una escapada de fin de semana. Está ubicado a solo 90 millas o 90 minutos de la ciudad de Nueva York en una comunidad pacífica y llena de comodidades. Hay una cama King de California, dos camas queen, una cama matrimonial y dos camas individuales en las habitaciones.

    Durante todo el año, puede disfrutar de los parques acuáticos Aquatopia y Kalahari, Crossing Outlet Mall y otros centros comerciales en las cercanías de la casa. El cine multiplex está ubicado en uno de los centros comerciales, por lo que es posible una noche de cine si siente que la pantalla del proyector de 130 "en el hogar es un poco demasiado pequeña.

The home was large with a great indoor gathering area, outdoor deck space and fire pit for a large group. The home was very comfortable and neat. We saw deer in our backyard everyday. There were a few hiccups with the check-in but Tom was very communicative and kind and all issues were addressed and resolved quickly . This home is in a gated and very secured community that requires all drivers to have a pass. The amenities are very nice including the pool and recreation center. Overall a lovely experience!

My family and I had a fabulous and very comfortable stay at this property. Very spacious and was everything in the description of the house. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to go back again.

The space was wonderful for me and my family, we enjoyed so much the outdoor space, the firepit was very clean and plently of seating. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for everyones use!

Great place for family getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the access to pool, pickle ball courts, and lake. Kids loved swings on property.

One of the best we ever stayed!

This property is located in a well-planned and maintained community in a great location. The house itself is clean and spacious, equipped with convenient features, and filled with fun stuff (especially for children).

Great location

Tom and Olga were great hosts, we had a few minor issues but over all it was a great place to stay. Centrally located and well equipped. Beds were comfortable.

Great Location

The property was clean and easily accessible. Great restaurants only about 15 minute away. Contact with landlord was prompt and easy.

Relaxing getaway in the mountains

This property provided plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun. Our family enjoyed the outdoor eating area every night, the fire pit for s’mores, the nearby lake & pool areas for water fun, and our kids loved the playground out back (including daily visits from a deer family). We also enjoyed some hiking nearby. The weather was perfect for all our outdoor activities.

Tom was great! Always was helpful and available. Although Penn Estates when you seen the advertisement seemed like you was able to use all the amenities that was not true that was the only downfall. The house we stayed at was clean, and very comfortable. Loved my grandkids experience with hand feeding the deer. And having the play area right in the back yard. Hot tub was great! Overall experience was amazing looking forward to staying again.

LOVE this house

This is an amazing home! Tom And Olga made the booking process very easy and were very fast to respond to any questions we had. Everything was very clean, new and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials, which made it easy to cook our meals. Even though we came in the winter, this house would be just as amazing in the summer time. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking.

Third stay at Pocono house

This was our third stay at this house. Kids keep wanting to go back--they love it! Very tranquil. For nature-lovers, house is to close to Bushkill Falls, Delaware Water Gap, Big Pocono State Park (if you're really adventurous, the Appalachian Trail is up there too). We haven't hit the ski slopes or water parks, but they're also close to the house.This VRBO house has 160 reviews! Hope it's still available for the foreseeable future--my kids were already talking about going back on the drive home.

The house was nice and clean and described correctly. Lots of available cooking items in the kitchen, beds were comfy and linens/pillows all good. Was missing a traditional coffee maker and host reimbursed when I bought one at Walmart (there were Keurig machines on site). Also did not know that bath towels were not included until I booked (but there were hand towels in the bathrooms). While we did enjoy our stay at this property, there was a 21 page "rental agreement" that arrived after we booked. I guess because of the Penn Estates gated community, security is an issue, so they needed the names of every single person staying at the house as well as all driver's license/car tag info so drivers could get thru the gate. The first time going thru was a hassle, but once we got the car tag, coming and going was easy. (altho DoorDash could not get in!)Some of the items listed in the rental agreement as"not included" were actually there like garbage bags, paper towels and tp.All in all, the home was great for our purposes, was very clean and host was communicative.

Poconos

Easy to get in and out. Sandbox was not useable. Need better quality sand. Need more dishes. Nice outdoor area. Enjoyed lake & pool area. Needs better cleaning in some areas like lights and trim. Overall, would recommend.

Another tranquil stay

This was our second stay at this house. We had such a pleasant time three years ago, the family insisted we go back to the Poconos and stay in the same house. The Poconos are peaceful, serene and clean, and this house is very modern and elegantly furnished. We used the community pool and rec center, hiked at Bushkill Falls and nearby Big Pocono State Park (highly recommend both). The consensus of five-star reviews pretty much says it all. Hope to stay there again some day in the future. Thanks again Tom & Olga!

Poconos trip for Family Wedding

Owner was very communicative, helped me with what I needed to pack. Adequate space for 7+ adults. Could use just a little more silverware and fry pans. Lovely deck and deer every day!! Features that were handy but we did not need to use: fireplace, grill, fire pit, jacuzzi tub. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood! Close to a lot! Thanks Tom!!
