The space
Welcome to your perfect two-level getaway designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Thoughtfully designed with inviting indoor spaces and an entertainment-ready outdoor oasis, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to unwind together.

MAIN LEVEL
Step in from the front patio into a stunning living room open to the second floor, creating a bright and airy feel. Enjoy cozy seating, a fireplace, and a basket of board games for memorable nights in. To the right, the kitchen and dining area comfortably seat six guests, with a sliding door leading back to the patio. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a shower. Near the staircase is the first bedroom featuring a queen bed, TV, and an owners closet (locked).

UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs offers two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The largest bedroom to the left includes a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom also features a queen bed, TV, and closet. Directly in front of the staircase is a full bath with a shower/tub combo.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The three queen beds comfortably accommodate 6 guests. We also provide 2 blow-up mattresses that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests if needed, making the home flexible for larger groups.

PATIO
The front patio welcomes you with a gas BBQ grill, cozy seating area, and a gas firepit — perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations.

BACKYARD
The backyard is your private entertainment oasis featuring a traditional fire pit with seating, a wood-burning hot tub, electric sauna, and outdoor TV — the ultimate space to relax and recharge under the stars.
