“Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better, ”

“Hey, we were dissatisfied with the property so we left, we didn’t even stay. There were multiple issues, the pictures in the listing did not accurately represent what was actually there. The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there.
