“Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. The neighborhood is quaint and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the arboretum and The Canal. If your visit includes a Sunday, the Ballard Market is a must! Because it is a basement flat, there is some overhead noise and parking is first come, but we didn’t have any problems.”
