“Had to come up to Seattle for my daughter's university graduation. Because it was also a World Cup match weekend, the hotels (FIFA) were gouging and hotel prices insane. I was happy to have found this property in Capitol Hill at a reasonable price since it was walking distance to my daughter's dorm. Because I normally stay in hotels in the area or the airport, I was slightly anxious that I was going to be staying at a bed and breakfast tha I hadn't done so in so long. “Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again.
