As a guest of our Airbnb, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire house—including both the main unit and the basement.
• The main unit features three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, an additional half bath on the main floor, a full kitchen, a private living room, and a 6-person hot tub. • The basement suite offers two welcoming bedrooms, two full bathrooms (including one ensuite), a private full kitchen, and a comfortable living room
Please note that the main floor and basement are two separate units, each with its own private entrance and are not connected inside the home.

Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.
- Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.
HOT TUB RULES: -hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night -hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay -please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water. - Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. If bubbles are found, a full drain will be required at a cost of $500 plus tax. -hot tub sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less -only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub -no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area -please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam. -no food or other drink permitted in the tub -do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub -cover is to be placed back on after each use
*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
*All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
