“Very charming, clean house, in the right location, at a reasonable price. Host was accommodating with an early check in and promptly answered questions before and during stay. Will definitely go back.”

“Location was great and we had an incredible experience”

“Nice clean place. Beds are good. Upstairs provides a little bit of noise but understandable as it’s a basement suite.”

“Clean property and a very convenient locations. Less than 5 minute drive to downtown. Very responsive host.”

“So clean and comfortable feels like home .”

“This property is in a beautiful, safe area that is most enjoyable to walk around and enjoy the large trees and beautiful homes. The property was very clean. The bedrooms are very bright, but other than that it was good value for the price.”

“I had some minor issues with the bathroom sink, but it was quickly resolved. The host was nice and responds to messages immediately. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes to downtown area by car. Since it's in a basement, it could get a little cold, but you have access to the thermostat that you can adjust as needed. The room looks just as it does on the listing. Clean, minimal, and well-lit. Overall, I had a good experience.”

“Was exactly what it says. A perfect home away from home, If in the area again this would be my first choice.”

“If you are a concert goer and want to book a place near the venue with your large group; you have to rent this property. It was clean, modern, and such a great place to stay. “A year later, this is still a great place to stay, exactly what I'm looking for.”

“I didnt not see it was shared kitched it was it a little write up at the end I thought it was an enclosed suite my own room living room kitchen it would be better if under kitchen it said shared there not at the end. The host were wonderful but we are very private ppl and like to cook when we want and come and go which we could but it felt wrong to come in late as we felt we would disturb the owners.”

“The property was great, very clean and spacious. Hosts were great and helpful with everything we needed. The only downsides are the very small garage ( we rented a Mazda CX-70 and had to park touching the far wall to fit) and the neighborhood. We walked to the Oilers stadium and to the Royal Alberta museum, but didn’t feel super safe walking around after dark. ”

“Really nice house with plenty of parking. Location is great for any downtown activity ”
