  • Welcome to our family friendly & spacious 3-bedroom+1 bonus bedroom home, comfortably sleeps 8 adults & 1 baby in Laurel,southeast Edmonton! This spacious property is designed to provide you with all the comforts of a home. With 2 luxurious king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized bed, there is plenty of room for your family or group to relax and enjoy their stay. The master king bed suite features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, sofa, smart TV & luxury amenities for your comfort & convenience.
    The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Step outside to the raised deck, where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy family meals in the fresh air on patio set. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV, which includes NETFLIX,Amazon Prime Telus Optik TV with Sportsnet, news and other entertainment/news channels.

A gem in Edmonton

The property is just off Anthony Henday Drive, very good locatio yet the neighbourhood is quiet. Rooms are spacious. There are two king beds and two queen beds on the second floor. We have a toddler with us. The high chair makes feeding the toddler a joy. Host provided some refreshment. We were traveling and did not have regular meals. The refreshment gave us an energy boost before we rested enough and continue with other activities. The kitchen is well stocked with essential ingredients. I could picture myself making a meal there without any difficulty. We only stayed for one nights because three groups of family member arrived on two consecutive days and we needed a place to stay between the airport pick ups. This is definitely a property I highly recommend.

This is quite a nice place, however there initially were not enough towels and husbands and wives had to share towels on Saturday as we did not realize the shortage of towels on time. The host provided towels on Saturday afternoon, however our event was at 10 a.m. and we needed them in the morning. They should have had enough towels as we were clear that eight adults were staying.The host also did not advise that there was construction in the basement, and the construction workers would shut off breakers and not turn them back on, meaning that upstairs plug-ins didn’t work. This was a challenge that we had to figure out way around as one of the people staying is battling illness and has to use a CPAP. This was frustrating.There are not enough mugs in the location, but the host would have paper cups provided. However there were only a few paper cups, so we had to frequently wash the coffee/tea cups.It was a good location considering where we needed to be. The host was fairly responsive except for Friday night when plug-in’s would not work, it took quite awhile for them to respond. and Saturday morning when we needed towels we could not reach them on time. There was ample hot water but no hair dryer.The location was very clean, kitchen was adequate for eight adults. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Because we had eight adults coming from different locations, we could park two cars in the garage and two on the driveway, but there is not room for road parking.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very safe, quiet, and impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. The host was fantastic, great with communication and very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this placefor anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place with a responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
