Designed for travellers, couples, and remote workers, this comfortable space features a large sectional couch, relaxing bedrooms, and a coffee bar to start your mornings. We provide a starter pack of essentials so you can settle in without a trip to the store. This includes a stocked coffee station, cooking oil, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and more. For longer stays, nearby grocery stores make restocking easy, or we can arrange a convenient restocking service for you.

Security & Monitoring
For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, back door, and driveway. There are no indoor cameras. Noise sensors are used to ensure respectful stays and neighbor privacy.

Everything has been thoughtfully curated for guests who want more than just a place to sleep. This is a space to connect, recharge, and make memories that last beyond the stay.

Pre-Arrival Requirements
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the following after booking through our secure verification platform:

✦ Choose one protection option:
– $56.50 Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $700 (no deposit hold required)
– $700 Refundable Security Deposit – Temporary hold released 7 days after checkout

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover smoking, intentional damage, policy violations, pet-related issues, or negligence. Additional charges may be requested through the booking platform if applicable.

Additional Fees
✦ Late check-out after 11 AM without approval: $60
✦ Early check-in / late check-out extension: $24.95 per hour (subject to availability)
✦ Excessive cleaning: up to $400
✦ Deep cleaning for grease, stains, or damage: $100
✦ BBQ/grill/smoker not cleaned after use: $100
✦ Unapproved guests: $50 per person, per night
✦ Lost key/FOB: $175
✦ Forgotten items donated after 48 hours; shipping requires $50 admin fee

✦ All guests must be included in the reservation
✦ Outdoor cameras monitor entry points for security and guest count
✦ Unregistered guests = $50 per person, per night

Smoking, Noise & House Rules
✦ No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property
✦ Smoking violations incur a $400 fee plus possible additional cleaning charges
✦ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
✦ Parties, excessive noise, or disturbances may result in cancellation without refund and a $400 administrative fee

Maintenance & Liability
✦ Emergency maintenance may require immediate access
✦ Please report damages promptly to avoid additional charges
✦ Guests are responsible for returning all provided items
✦ The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss
✦ Legal action may be pursued for unpaid damages or chargebacks
