“Room and bathroom was old and dirty, with very bad smell. Bed was not clean. Towels were old.”

“A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail! The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax .”

“For the good, A/C works, stove worked, refrigerator worked. Unfortunately everything else was subpar, I believe it was rated excellent quality on Expedia due to scam accounts inflating the quality. I was charged in Euros meaning it was even pricier than expected. The room was dirty, really the whole building looks like its rarely cleaned. If the price were $50~$70 it would be acceptable but due to the high rating and the room costing double that amount a night I felt scammed and would not...

“Cozy and clean”

“Altamente recomendada, se pasa un una estancia confortable cómoda”

“We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Nook has a lot of character and is comfortable...especially the bed. We were in the area taking care of a loved one after surgery, had unforeseen circumstances occur and needed to extend our time by several months. They helped us with accommodations that enabled us to stay for the...

“Great place to stay”

“Great unit for the price! Unit was clean and comfortable. The back bedroom does not have its own AC unit so if you’re someone who likes it VERY cold at night that may be an issue. (the other bedroom and the main room do have their own units). You need to pay attention to the spout in the shower if you have a younger child. Can get hot very quickly. Did not have much interaction with the host. Nice, safe location. Would stay again.”

“Todo bien ”

“Wonderfully Stay”

“Megan is a great communicator and the accommodation was as advertised”

“This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and easy to communicate with. My only challenge is I did not realize my reservation was actually booked through Expedia, not Vrbo, which made communications and updates really difficult and confusing, until I...
