“There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.”

“Very nice host. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting to an early flight at the airport.”

“Perfect accommodation for What we required. It is situated in a perfect spot too. Great host and will hopefully be back.”

“The property was in a nice quiet residential space but just minutes walking to shops, restaurants, etc. It was really perfect for what we were looking for.”

“Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again.”

“Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video.”

“Les bus venant de londres sont très accessibles, petite marche de 5 minutes pour accéder au logement. Je suis ravi de la localisation et du logement en générale. ”

“4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”

“Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

“Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett”

“This cozy apartment is really well located; it's close to the tube station and in a 20 minutes ride you get to London. AJ and her family are really nice and they are availeable in every moment and ready to help. Pinner is really nice to stay for a weekend. Next time I go to London, i'd definetely stay here.”
