The staff were extremely helpful and quickly arranged another room for me. Unfortunately, the second room also had a washroom issue. Despite the maintenance problems, I appreciated the staff’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to assist. Their excellent customer service made the situation much easier to deal with.”
