“We love the Ramada. Staff are always lovely, rooms are done nicely, and usually the beds are totally comfortable. Our stay this time though the mattress was awful. Big sags in spots that made it very difficult to find a place to lay without having a huge hole underneath your body. This mattress needs to be recycled! Room 619. We have to go back overnight again in 3 days and I’m praying we don’t get the same room and mattress! ”

“This place is infested with bed bugs! I have never gotten so many with so terrible bites, to the point that my face swelled like I got into a fight. I probably would have sued them for the physical injuries I received, had I stayed in town longer, but I am constantly travelling and I don't have the time to do that. When I complained about the bed bugs seen on the nasty, unwashed blanket, first the male receptionist tried to make me look like a liar and he said "bed bugs only come out at night",...
