“Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. Good location if you’re looking for somewhere slightly out of town, a little quieter. Only a 20ish minute walk into old town. ”

“We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. ”

“El hotel está bien, el servicio también, solo que aunque está muy bien situado es inconveniente si llevas maletas y te cuesta trabajo cargarlas. Ya que los coches no llegan hasta el hotel, Debes llevarlas por dos cuadras de piso empedrado (espero que si llevan ruedas tus maletas aguanten) y después para llegar al hotel subirlas unos 15 escalones. No hay nadie en el hotel que pueda ayudarte; así que no se si yo lo llamaría un hotel de lujo. Si vas de viaje con una mochila este es el hotel...

“We really enjoyed our stay in the suite at Elia Palatino. Reception is in a sister hotel a couple doors down and it is staffed 24 hours which was great. We were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, and we could pop in at any point to ask questions or get help with anything. The room itself was nicely appointed and the balcony views of the harbor were beautiful. My only complaint is that we went to use the wine glasses and discovered they were dirty and unwashed. “Room was very clean and completely furnished of everything needed, we even got an unexpected welcome drink which was a true surprise. We appreciated also the small coffee/tea kit for breakfast. Position is very centric, less than 5min away from bus station and very close to the old town and harbour. The only thing to consider is that our room didn't have window, so for longer stays it can be an inconvenient.”
