“The property is in a residential area so you really feel like you're in traditional Crete. We were so pleased to find a light and airy apartment on arrival. It was really clean and well decorated. It was nice to find things like beach umbrellas, books, inflatables etc. in the communal areas that we were able to use. “Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!”

“El Hotel es muy cuco y esta decorado exquisitamente hasta el detalle. Llegamos muy tarde y sin problemas nos indicaron como acceder. Las escaleras son muy empinadas y que uno de los detalles fueran unos tapones me hace pensar que fuera de época covid o en pleno agosto el ruido será un problema. Pero el hotel esta muy céntrico y para mi es recomendable ”
