"No limpiaron la habitación durante mi estadía, no cambiaron toallas, ni sacaban la basura, además que el TV lo tenía señal y me cobraron estacionamiento por habitación (reservé 2), sin embargo sólo era un vehículo."

"Para esa no estuve en ese hotel y ustedes insisten en cobrarlo de mi tarjeta pese a que cancele mi reserva. Estuve en ese lugar el 13 de febrero NO el 24. Regresen mi dinero, gracias."

"We had an amazing and extremely accommodating stay at Glacier Hill. Staff was friendly and welcoming and our place was clean and comfortable. We were in town unfortunately for a funeral but are looking forward to making another trip back when the weather is nice to take advantage of the amenities ..."

"We love this house and have stayed in it a couple of times. It is very clean, cheerful and welcoming! The host is very responsive which is important. It is close enough to walk downtown and the shops are lovely! We always check for the availability of this house when we are in town!"
