A group stayed here for a birthday ski trip over new years. Directions and access were flawless. The property suited my group perfectly. Number of bedrooms and restrooms were suitable. Proximity to skiing and town were ideal for our mixed group of skiers and non skiers.

Best Stay Ever

We have been traveling to this area to ski for 40 years and have stayed at many different properties. The place we stayed this year was one of the most outstanding places that our group has ever booked It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space, and far exceeded our expectations. The plates, utensils, and cookware was the best I have ever seen at a rental property. We would recommend this property to anyone and plan to rent it again.

Great family space

The use of space and the ease of this property for our family stay was top notch! Plenty of space for relaxing together- tons of beds! My teenagers were happy on the bunks- they reported comfortable mattresses and everyone slept well. We were in town for a wedding at holiday valley- and the location of the condo was perfect! The bathrooms and layout made it a breeze for the whole family to get ready at once. The condo was well- appointed with everything we needed. Great stay, great hosts- we would love to come back for skiing in the winter!

Ellicotville Eclipse Trip

The property is in a great location. Its just a few minutes to restaurants & shops (& skiing in the winter). There was an issue with the property not being quite ready when we arrived. We contacted the owners & they were quick to respond & address the issues. Plenty of space & quiet area.

Christmas stay

Super convenient location right across from Holiday Valley Inn and wonderful place! My husband and I stayed in the upstairs loft and our three adult children (16,22,24) stayed on the lower level with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the large size picnic bench style kitchen table for when we played cards. Great communication with owners and easy check-in and checkout process. Listing was as stated other than you do need to bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Would highly recommend!
