Layout
Main level has a modern, open layout. The living room has a sofa and loveseat and a large flat-screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. The dining room has a table that comfortably seats 8-10 as well as a corner-cafe table with two chairs. The kitchen includes a counter peninsula with 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and garbage disposal. Small kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster oven, hand mixer, and Crockpot. The coffee station includes a 10 cup classic coffee maker. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is located on the main level as well. There is a washer/dryer closet in the Master Bedroom.

2nd Floor: Two bedrooms located on the second floor and a shared bathroom.

Finished gameroom (Basement Level): Large, open space with gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, 12' shuffleboard table, sleeper sofa, chair, ottoman, 2-chair workspace overlooking the fireplace, and video game console.
