“Had plenty of room for all 6 guests. 7 would have been a okay too, we had a last minute cancellation. Host accommodated late check out for us since one of our guest fell the day before and broke her foot and we were waiting for a return call from the physician. Parking was not convenient because we had to park on another block. ”

Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. “Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Dishwasher not working and could use a kettle. A lot of space to hang out. Nice neighborhood to walk the dogs, and convenient for shopping.”
