“We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. “Desayuno bueno!”

“Staff was great! ”

“Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is. Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator.”

“Beautiful and calming place”
