  • Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, BRAND NEW grill, and quaint upper and lower level decks (new deck boards replaced 2024!), perfect for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a quick 4 minute walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. Two TVs equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to cozy up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 large swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.

This house is awesome! It is in a great location with easy beach access. The kitchen was well equipped and they even offered their beach chairs to use! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place for weekend trip

Easy checkin, good location near the beach, and not far from EI restaurants. Appreciated having the beach wagons.

The house was the perfect location for our family beach trip! Walkable to the beach and a short drive to shops and groceries! House was great and had everything we needed!

Great location in Emerald Isle

This was a great spot for my family, including grandma! Really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon for the short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful trip!! The location is ideal! You are a short walk away from the most beautiful spot on the beach and a quick drive (5 min) to restaurants and shops! My husband and I loved coffee and wine on the deck and we all loved reclining on the couch to watch movies. The shed outside was so convenient and stocked with beach chairs, Sand toys and beach wagon to transport. You do need to lift wagon up steps to beach access, but it’s very manageable. Emily is a great communicator!We enjoyed the food at Flipperz, Caribsea, and Michelangelo‘s. We had a terrible experience at Trading Post… Really poor service, food and it was EXPENSIVE for what you got!

Grandparents with 3 grandchildren!

Great stay, close to the beach, outside shower!! Much needed. Would stay again any time. Great outdoor seating for evenings!

Beautiful home

We totally enjoyed our stay . Mother Nature did not cooperate for the beach fun during our stay but we enjoyed hanging out inside and having family time. Many things to do in the area if you don’t hang out at the beach.

Quiet location within easy travel distance of all the local amenities (shops, grocery, restaurants, etc.). Short walk to the beach access ramp. Plenty of space to accommodate several adults and kids in the twin bunk bed back bedroom. And with 2-½ baths, there is no, or at least very little, waiting!

The rental was in a great location it was very close to the beach less than 3 minutes. The pictures online were reflective of the current state of rental. The barbecue could use some updating but other than that it was very nice for a family to rent.

Perfect beach trip!

Coming back home after years, bringing new friends to meet family and old friends. This was perfect. Great place to gather, close walk to the beach, plenty of room to park and lots of beach equipment available to use. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great place just minutes from beach

Nicely renovated property just a few minutes from the beach. Very clean upon our arrival. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. We also appreciated the well stocked beach supply shed and the outdoor shower with hot water. Our family of 4 would definitely come back!

Family Beach Vacay - 1st Time Emerald Isle

We had a blast our first time visiting Emerald Isle! Home location was PERFECT. Only wish we had was the grill to be on the upper deck off of the living space. But we got our steps in when grilling, which we did each night! We decided next year to stay another night so we could get 3 full days. Thanks so much to our hosts and they were fantastic.

Great place

We enjoyed this vacation rental. Not far from the beach, not crowded. The rental had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen to cook. The only thing is recommend is having a TV in the bedrooms. Other than this we were pretty much satisfy with the rental!

Family vacation

This property is exactly as the listing described. Amazing close to the water. With the doors open you can hear the waves. Everything was clean and organized. Neighbor was nice and everyone that we ran into while walking was extremely friendly!
