Fun week at the beach

Our family enjoyed our week at the beach. House location is close to the beach and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a surf shop. Storage closet has bikes, beach chairs and other beach toys available for use. Only complaint would be seating in den area could be more comfortable.

Fabulous vacation!!

The Taylor House has everything you could need for a wonderful time at the beach! The location is near restaurants and it is a quick walk to the beach. This was our second visit here and I highly recommend it for a family gathering spot!!

Fantastic Vacation Get Away

Everything about the property was exceptional. The bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, porches are great, AC works well, plenty of hot water, nice outdoor shower for rinsing off, short and easy walk to the beach. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Check-in and out was a breeze. If this property is available just book it!

Great Location for good weather

The house had plenty of room and beds for our group. Location was great, an easy walk to the beach and plenty of chairs and bikes etc to help enjoy beach time. The down side was when we stayed inside. The furniture and the bed we stayed on (king size bed - floor 2) were terribly uncomfortable. There was no where inside to sit and be comfortable. An upgrade on living room furniture and at least the king mattress would make this a 5 star place.

Loved the Taylor House

We have stayed at many rentals in Wrightsville over the years and this was bye far the best house we have stayed at. Super clean , great location being able to walk to the beach with your own access and close to the Crystal Pier made it ideal. Will definitely be coming back to the Taylor House !

OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT...ELEVATOR IS GREAT FOR MOVE IN & OUT...WELL EQUIPPED WITH TOWELS, LINENS, SUNDRY ITEMS, SMALL APPLIANCES, & KITCHEN ITEMS...BUT YOU COULD SPRING FOR A NEW KITCHEN TRASH CAN, AS BROKEN, & FALLS THROUGH THE CAN HOLDER...BIKES LEAVE ALOT TO BE DESIRED AS CHAIN CAME OFF DURING USE...

Great place!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful and right near the pier that does live music on Thursday’s. They had literally every amenity you could think of in the kitchen (besides a pizza cutter lol) which was great cause we cooked every meal. Very close to bars/shops in Wrightsville. Elevator was awesome for bringing luggage up and down. 3rd floor story bed was a little uncomfortable but we’re used to a temper pedic bed at home. The deck looking over the sound was awesome, wish it was a little bigger but still great. There is no shortage of seating throughout the place either (seriously there are chairs everywhere haha!) . Over all Nice & quiet and very relaxing stay!

Good Location

This fit 8 of us comfortably. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Good location. The house offered plenty of amenities, beach towels, beach chairs… they offered bicycles:2 adult & 2 child’s. The adult bikes were in bad condition, the chains were all rusty and the women’s bike was almost too dangerous to ride as the front end was bent. Overall it’s a great house for the value!

Dream week at the beach!!

We loved staying at Taylor House!! There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The multiple decks were great for enjoying morning coffee, evening sunsets, and late night games. The covered deck area was a bonus for our one rainy afternoon. We loved that the dining room table fit all of us comfortably. Having a grill made for yummy summertime dinners. So many fun family memories were made this week! The cleanliness of the property, having the beds made when we walked in, having beach bikes available, providing towels and beach towels, and the private path to the ocean made this truly a dream vacation in Wrightsville!! Thank you Taylor House and Seascape Properties!!

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

Family of seven enjoyed the stay over New Years. Loved the location and house was very comfortable and clean. Elevator was a great tool for transporting heavier loads. Dining table was long and accommodated nice family meals. Would definitely stay and recommend to others.
