“"I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this...

“We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and Tilly's instructions and communication were excellent. Guidance on local points of interest, shopping facilities, and local restaurants were much appreciated.”

The toilet and shower were shared with other rooms. The shower and sink in the shower room had no hot water. I contacted the AI mobile number and complained several times with no solution. My partner found numerous toe nail clippings on the bedroom floor. The TV remote was missing parts and the TV required wifi. The wifi code...

“Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. ”

“2 of the beds in Master bedroom, the legs were broken and unsafe to sleep on. When I complained ”
