The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stainless-steel oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A breakfast bar with timber stools offers a casual perch to keep the chef company as meals come together. The adjoining dining area invites long, easy gatherings with calming water views.

Afterwards, step into the fully fenced backyard — perfect for BBQs, morning yoga, or launching the kayak straight from your private lakeside edge. The gentle water only steps away makes this an idyllic setting to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Three queen bedrooms continue the soft coastal palette. The primary bedroom feels light and serene with a bay window and natural linen tones, while the other two offer cosy comfort with thoughtful styling. The sleek bathroom pairs a freestanding tub with a walk-in shower, complemented by a separate toilet for added convenience. A powder room and a private laundry with a washer and drying rack ensure every stay feels simple.

With Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning and heating, plus ceiling fans, and on-site parking, every convenience is covered.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
