“First let me say Marie in customer service was great. But when we first arrived into unit. Could not get into bathroom door locked from inside. Got inside and there was no toilet paper, or hot water, towels. Had to rent towels. I played with propane thing and got hot water.( did call emergency number received no answer)Thank goodness we had our own toilet paper. Went to turn heat on for bed no heat. “Not suitable for two people who sleep in separate beds. Property is more suitable for couples of families with small children. Not suitable for long distance travelers because only bedding for double bed. My friend had to use an airplane blanket and were sweatshirt.”
