“The property was unfortunately not as advertised and the photos felt very misleading. While the bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean, overall the place felt quite tired and in need of an upgrade. The walls, carpets and couches all needed a proper clean and there were no base covers on the bed. Which are usually a norm in most homes, so expected in a letting. There were also several maintenance issues including a broken stair rail and a shower that only worked as a handheld attachment....

“No es un lugar para ir con niños. La comunicación con el propietario correcta. El proceso de entrada bueno. La casa tenía excesiva cantidad de polvo y muchos trastos por medio. No recomendable con niños puesto mucho cable suelto, figuritas pequeñas a su alcance y humedad. Utensilios de cocina sucios, escasos y mal organizados. Solo tres sillas para poder sentarse a comer. Había dos sillas de playa/jardín plegables que tenían hasta moho por lo que nos las tocamos. Deberían replantearse dejar...

“Het huis was erg gedateerd gemeubileerd en meerdere elementen zouden vervangen moeten worden. De verwarming werkt niet maar Sharon heeft overal elektrische verwarming neergezet waardoor het toch behaaglijk is in het huis.De keuken was geschikt om in te koken er zou alleen wat meer huisraad mogen zijn. Het bed vonden wij niet fijn en we hebben dan ook niet lekker geslapen. De locatie is erg goed. De eerste dag zijn we naar de duinen gewandeld om naar de zeehonden te gaan kijken. Ook dichtbij om...

“The Easter Kincaple Farmhouse was perfect for our group of 12 golfers. Plenty of room, very well appointed for kitchen needs, washer /dryer, washrooms, etc. The property itself was gorgeous as well. Better than advertised!”

“Ferhan and his family were great hosts. They met us at check in and took some time to show us the property and go through the house rules. The only challenge we had was we were unable to use the shower in the master bathroom due to the shower design likely to flood the room. Otherwise was just as described.”
