Welcome to nearly 10,000 square feet of pure indulgence. This extraordinary estate boasts 6 elegantly appointed bedrooms, dual formal dining spaces, multiple lavish living areas, two state-of-the-art game rooms, a private poker lounge, and a fully equipped fitness center with breathtaking views of Lake Hodges.

Unwind in your personal, cinema-quality movie theater or rejuvenate in the tranquil steam room. Step outside to a resort-style backyard that redefines luxury living—featuring an infinity-edge swimming pool, oversized hot tub, gourmet outdoor kitchen, half-court basketball, sand volleyball court, and a professionally designed 3-hole putting green.

Please note: to preserve the serene atmosphere and exclusivity of the estate, a maximum adult occupancy limit is in place.

Bed/Bath Set Up: Our 6 bedroom 19 bed home with Crib and pack in play. We do have 6 twin beds out of the 19 in the kids bedroom closet. (See Picture 27). There is also Smart Tv's located in every bedroom.

Bath #1: (Main level) Full bathroom with stand up shower (no tub) attached to bedroom#1

Bath #2 (Main Level) Located in hallway is a full bathroom with standup shower that has an entrance from the inside and from the backyard.

Bedroom #2: (Second level) (Located next to kids room) 2 Queen bed with Smart TV
Bath #4: Attached to bedroom #2 full bathroom with tub/shower combo

Bath #5: Attached to bedroom #3 full bath with tub/shower combo

Bedroom #4: (Second level) King bed with Smart TV Also included in this room is the baby crib.
Bath#6 Attached to bedroom#4 Full bath with tub/shower combo

Bedroom #5: (Second level)(Kids Room) This room has 3 bunkbeds(one twin over twin bunkbed and two full over full bunk beds. 6 twin beds in the closet. The kids bedroom also has a sitting area(sectional couch) with smart tv and workstation for them to draw or do homework.
Bathroom #7 half bathroom(no shower just toilet) located in kids room

Bedroom #6: (Second level)(Master Suite) King bed with Smart TV. Sitting room with TV and fireplace. Kitchenette with min fridge. Walk in closet with washer and dryer.
Bath #8 (Master Bath) Large stand up showers with dual shower and hug overhead rain shower. Bath tub that overlooks the lake and dual sinks.

The home has 3 washers and 3 laundry machines.


Game room: (Basement) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a billiards table, foosball table and Ping Pong. We also have 5 arcade games & a Nintendo Switch. If you are not playing, snuggle up on the couch and watch friends and family play!

Game room (Main Level) Enjoy pool and shuffle board while listening to music or watching your favorite sports on the 2 mounted TV's.

Poker Room (Main Level). New addition to the house. Features a Bar with TV and poker room just for adults. Includes a small sitting area to enjoy some whiskey while hanging out by the fireplace.

Exercise Room (Basement) stunning open air exercise room and yoga studio. The Space is equipped with 3 overhead garage style doors that open to over look lake Hodges.

Outdoor area:

Unwind outside on the estate's lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains and Lake Hodges! Take a dip in the infinity pool or jacuzzi after a few games of basketball, volleyball, or the putting green!

Enjoy the fire pit and get cozy with the beautiful night sky!



Other things to note
We do lock up the kitchen pantry, 2 small closets( not located in bedrooms) and the small 1 car garage. Not for guest use.


House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 10pm-9am.

Must be 25 or older to book

Music only allowed outside between hours of 9am- 7pm. n=Needs to be on low volume.


POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October and March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $195 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
