“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The host said they were having interface issues with the messaging. They took long to respond to most messages. Some messages, they didn't respond at all. “Let me start with the positive- The location was great. A short drive to palm beach, and Arashi. The kitchen was clean and properly outfitted. It even had a fancy espresso machine (though no directions on how to use it). “Excellent”

“I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late...
