“This property was especially convenient for us—we flew in to CVG and visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum which gave us short drives to all three. It is an easy drive to Florence where we found plenty of places to eat, although Bailey-Jayne’s Cafe in Walton might be the only place we needed. Our host was particularly friendly, checking in on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Matt was very quick to respond to my emails. ”

“WE stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The lower-level sleeping futons were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils available for some meal prep. There are 2 suggestions: Recommend grab bars for showers, just a safety measure. Also, the listing should indicate there are stairs up and stairs down to sleeping areas. That would be good information for any guests especially if there are any limitations for guests. Overall, this unit was excellent!”

“ Very nice stay while we went to the Ark Encounter and Bluegrass rail explorer. Long twisty road but worth the drive and surrounding with horses. Super quiet and spacious. Enjoyed the back deck and sunset one evening. Owner had milk in the frig which we were thankful for. Very nice stay, thank you, Scott!”

Nice large house and yard for the kids to unwind at after a day touring. My hubby and I went with my MIL and our 7 little kids (ages 9-0) and we had PLENTY of space! “The house was amazing! Great location! Very accurate pictures! Plenty of room! Quite neighborhood and close to everything! This stay was to trace some of our family heritage and take my mom to the Ark encounter and Creation Museum, marking it off her bucket list.
