“The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained.
The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response.
Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

“For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future.”
