“The location of this property is excellent. It’s only one block from the river where you can access a wonderful river walkway or jump in the river for a swim. We had a little difficulty locating the key , contacted the host, and received an immediate reply. I would highly recommend this property.”

“Fantastic gem in the heart of Geneva. Our original booking for another hotel got cancelled so we stumbled across this property as an alternative and we are so happy we did! Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! ”

“There was no toilet paper when we arrived. There were problems with the plumbing where both the toilet and the shower backed up. There was something filthy on two of the walls, feces-blood color. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, but no silverware. It took the host more than 48 hours to reply to our messages, and most of the responses felt insensitive, AI-generated, and we felt our concerns were ignored or dismissed.”

Absolutamente...

“We loved our stay at Max's place. Albeit, it was one of the hottest weeks we've experienced in Europe. That said, Max had fans ready to be used. The location was perfect; close to the lake, multiple bus stations and bakeries. We loved our stay in Geneva.”

Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva by IHG

Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva by IHG

10/10 Excelente
"My only 2 suggestions would be 1) to freshen up with the same scent inside the rooms, Mine had a funky weird smell whenever I got in. It didnt aeem as fresh as the whole rest of the property. 2) and this would be my only sincere recommendation, have at least one international electric plug for the international citizens, I could not recharge most of my things because not everything has USB end. And I had a converter but couldnt plug in!!!"
