“施設詳細の設備欄にはコンロ（hob）の記載がありましたが、実際には設置されていませんでした。チェックイン後にオーナーへ問い合わせましたが、残念ながら回答はありませんでした。 また、事前にオーナーへ確認した際には「エアコン（冷房）はない」との回答でしたが、実際にはエアコンが設置されていました。これは嬉しい誤りでしたが、事前に提供された情報が正確ではなかったことになります。設備情報やオーナーからの事前の回答については、より正確であることを期待します。 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、シャワー・トイレルームが2つの部屋の間に位置しているため、使用中は2つの部屋の間を行き来できなくなります。 また、キッチン・洗面所のドアは補修されていますが、補修に使われた板が分厚いため、ドアを完全に閉めることができませんでした。窓も、鍵がちゃんとかからない状態でした。 立地は駅やバスターミナル、湖に近く、とても便利です。一方、夜になると周辺に客引きと思われる女性が見られるため、夜間に徒歩で移動する際は多少気になりました。”

“The unit is very clean and comfortable. Spaceous place. It is within 10 minutes walk to the lake and water jet . Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond .”

“Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided.”

“Location, location, location! This unit is right by the Geneva Cirque bus station. The popular Purple 1 and Brown 15 are within one minute walk. Many markets, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are all within the walking distance. We saw great sunrise and even the Jet d’Eau from this unit. It’s very well equipped. The a/c and the washer are the big big plus !! Thank you , Yannic, for the great unit !”

“En muchas ocasiones al alquilar por internet la realidad es decepcionante. En este caso es al contrario. Siendo atractivas y atrayentes las fotografías, una vez en el apartamento éste las supera. Muy bien amueblado, confortable, espacioso, decoración sosegante. La dueña, Helena, es muy atenta y servicial. Muy fàcil contactar con ella para cualquier cosa. Deja un detalle de bienvenida para tu llegada. Céntrico, en muy buena zona y bien comunicado con toda la ciudad y aeropuerto. Absolutamente...

“Apartment is very clean and beautiful, bright and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with most common spices which was helpful. It is very well located. You will want to understand parking situation well as finding parking in this city is a nightmare. Garage is available closeby for a fee which made it convenient. Will stay here again.”
