"This place was very essential to everything. It was a cute little cozy apartment. Unfortunately, there was only a flat sheet on the bed and another very thin sheet on top of that displays as advertised as a washer and dryer but doesn’t provide a dryer. No soaps, no coffee no extra options for anything. "

"We loved staying at Nerea’s place! It’s in a great location with a metro stop around the corner and great eateries. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus since there were 4 of us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Juan and Bea started communicating with right away and were patient with us as we struggled through uploading our documents. They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. "Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Cozy little living area perfect to chill out after a long day. Elevator which makes easy to transport luggage. Soft and calm decor throughout the property. Washing machine made it handy to do a load of laundry. A little construction across the street but not a nuisance at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! "I lived in Madrid a few years ago and decided to come back to visit with my partner. I picked this place because of the location. It is very central and within walking distance to many attractions and metro/bus. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It is in the attic though (as stated). So, if you’re taller be careful to not hit your head. It was very cute, simple, and clean. As previously mentioned by others, it is on the fifth floor with no elevator so it definitely is not handicap...

"This was the perfect place to stay for exploring Madrid! We were able to walk everywhere - no public transportation or car rental needed. Instructions were clear and it was a lovely place to stay. Thank you!"

"The apartment is exactly as described. The location is convenient to most sights which are walkable distances. The neighborhood is lively with bars and restaurants. A little too lively for us as the noise went into the wee hours but it was friendly. We had issues with the online portal for opening the doors and with the wifi but these were addressed quickly. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed."

"Location was excellent for us as our son who is studying abroad was just one floor up. They advertised air conditioning, but it didn’t work and they didn’t attempt to fix it. We had issues with check in as the unlock access code was not activated and communication was an issue. They said to text on what’s AP, but didn’t respond. "

"We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic stay. Spacious and clean. We were a party of 4 and the 2 bedroom was perfect. 2 adults 2 kids. It felt very safe and there was someone always at the lobby. Will definitely stay here again when in Madrid."
