“There were dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets, dirty sheets, flaking paint, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. We booked an apartment with 9 beds and got a basement with 4 beds. There was no air conditioning and no ventilation. Wetries to go elsewhere, but could not find an available hotel. ”

“Careful with the pictures shown. Not all of them belong to the rooms on offer. I was made believe I was booking a big room for a lot of money and hot a much smaller one for a lot of money. Very deceiving. There was some clashing information from hotels.com and the management of the room. I booked it more than a month in advance but only was sure I actually had a room two days before going. Very stressful. Saturday evening, loud music until 2.30 am. Won’t book again.”

“Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum.
