“The flat itself was clean and matched the listing photos, and the location felt safe with a pleasant neighborhood feel. However, several issues affected our stay. Key pickup required a 5–10 minute walk, which was difficult with luggage, and early check-in was not available. We had no hot water for the first 48 hours and water pressure remained weak throughout; a repair technician was eventually sent after several follow-up messages. Two irons were non-functional at arrival and were replaced, the...

“My Family and I had a wonderful vacation in London, and this was the perfect place for the six of us. Convenient to the tube and restaurants. Simon Answered all of my questions in a timely manner.”

“The host's communication was helpful, prompt and professional. The apartment is clean and well-appointed, with clear and concise instructions. All the amenities are modern and in excellent condition. The kitchen and bathrooms are deluxe and beds and linens were very comfortable. The unit is particularly quiet and private, and its location in central London near Russel Square is ideal.”

“Spotlessly clean - towels and bed linen too”

“Location was great, near theaters, shopping, etc. Don't plan to arrive early and leave luggage because the building is locked with a key so you can't go in. The building next door has trash around the entrance. The apartment is clean and bright, lots of windows and all appliances. The tub/shower is a problem because it is a high step-in. You have to step over the front edge of the tub which is a full 25 inches high. Getting out of the tub/shower when you are wet means standing on one foot,...

“Location is the only thing going for this property. Misleading description. Says AC but there is only AC in one room on the ground floor. So we had to leave the door open to cool down the floor. Floor layouts were BAD. Basement had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and the stack laundry. Why 2 bathroom? Weird but the best level to stay in. Ground floor had 2 bedrooms and the dining room. NO bathroom. You either had to go up 2 flights of stairs or down to the basement. The dining table...

“Great location to explore the city. Very smooth and easy check-in/check-out process. The host was excellent and was quickly responsive to any queries.”

“Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail für uns vorbereitet. Die Fenster zur Straße sind doppelt isoliert. So kann der Straßenlärm gut draußen bleiben. Klein, süß, gemütlich und sauber. Netter Kontakt So toll! So sollten sich auch alle da benehmen.”

“Beautiful, peaceful flat to enjoy London!”

“Extremely suitable for our two elderly co-travellers being a 2 minute flat walk to the Holland Park lifts. We all loved the apartment - it’s cool on hot days, quiet, all beds and sofa are mega comfy and well equipped and furnished. Yvonne is a super host.”

“Beautiful house. Great stay.”

“We enjoyed our time in London! The home is cozy and well located. It had everything our family needed and we very much appreciated having a washer AND dryer in the home. Thank you for a great stay! ”

“Súper atento , todo limpio y muy calentita ”

“Great property. Perfect for our stay with family. Enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location — close to grocery store and restaurants and an approximate 8-10 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Would stay here again.”

“Hola mi comentario sobre la estancia es satisfactoria ya que refleja que todo los datos que aparecen en la web son realidad. Es bonito, cómodo, limpio y totalmente equipado. La señora Ivvonne que regenta este apartamento lo explica todo muy bien y hay un dato importante que casi de bajo del apartamento hay un supermercado que te facilita tu estancia. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque la parada del metro están algo lejana 15 m andando, pero las líneas 9/10 de Autobus si están cercas. Para...
